About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you'll have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge while making a real impact on our customers' lives. As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for providing superior customer service on calls to consumer card members, resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and identifying opportunities to improve our services and processes.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to build rapport with customers and provide tailored solutions to their needs. About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
