Customer Experience Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their shopping journey.
The salary range for this position is approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist with resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement
• Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
