Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery: Ensure that all tickets/requests/feedback/queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Client Satisfaction: Provide a client-centric approach to issue resolution, ensuring that all parties involved are satisfied with the outcome.
- SLA Management: Monitor and manage the Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure that all tickets are resolved within the stipulated time frame of 48 hours.
- Escalation Management: Follow up on escalated tickets and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all system and ticket information, including administration manuals.
- Collaboration: Partner with various business groups to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance service quality results.
- Department Support: Assist in managing the department and complete tasks and projects as delegated by the manager.
- Culture Promotion: Promote a culture of transparency, trustworthiness, and helpfulness among clients.
- Knowledge Update: Stay updated on recent CAR and DGCA rule changes.
