Policybazaar Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Professional to join our team at Policybazaar.
Estimated salary for this role is ₹250,000 - ₹500,000 per annum.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide proactive solutions to customer inquiries. The role involves communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing knowledgeable answers to product-related questions, and working closely with internal departments to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels
- Answer product-related queries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Enter data accurately in various platforms
Qualifications:
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience (freshers also eligible)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Security Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you will be expected to adhere to our ISMS policy and procedures. This includes actively participating in security exercises, requesting access to sensitive information, reporting security incidents, protecting passwords, and safeguarding company assets.
