Customer Support Role at Policybazaar

We are seeking a skilled customer support specialist to join our team at Policybazaar.

About the Job:

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.

You will resolve customer issues by providing accurate information about insurance policies, claims, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing accurate information about insurance policies, claims, and renewals.
  • Assisting customers with their policy documentation, premium payments, and general queries.
  • Maintaining customer records and following up on service requests.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

ISMS Responsibilities:

We expect you to:

  • Be aware and comply with the ISMS Policy, procedures, and objectives;
  • Actively participate in ISMS exercises;
  • Request access to information access from your Team Leaders/ Executives;
  • Report known and suspected security incidents to the IT Helpdesk;
  • Protect secrecy of passwords; and
  • Protect information assets used by them against compromise of assets confidentiality, integrity or availability.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum educational qualification of undergraduate and graduation;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi;
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
  • Basic knowledge of insurance policies is an advantage but not mandatory;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
