Customer Success Strategist

Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUCCESS STRATEGIST to join our team at BayOne Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
">About the Role:
">- Develop and execute comprehensive customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
- Leverage industry best practices (ITIL/ITSM) to optimize customer service delivery.
- Act as a single point of contact for all service-related issues and technical escalations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide regular updates to management on customer satisfaction and progress.
Requirements:
">- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer success or related field.
- Professional degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years related experience.
- Basic knowledge of one or more technologies: Wireless, Networking, Cloud, Customer Success tools.
- Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office applications including EXCEL and Outlook.
- Demonstrated English verbal, written, and typing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers at various levels.
- Team player and mentor with excellent account management skills.
- PMP certification desired.
- ITIL/ITSM certification desired.
What You Need to Bring:
">- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Security, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working in risk management, audit, security, or technical delivery roles.
- Ability to work self-motivated in diverse, multi-national, and virtual environments.
Salary Range:$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
