Job Description: We are seeking a Client Success Strategist to join our team at RoundCircle. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide exceptional support throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough discovery calls to comprehend client objectives, identify pain points, and establish clear requirements.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to craft compelling proposals, solutions, and tool recommendations that address client challenges.
- Address client inquiries promptly, providing swift and effective resolutions.
- Facilitate partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) by ensuring necessary training and certifications for the team.
- Maintain data accuracy and discipline for all sales support and partnership-related tasks.
- Deliver targeted training sessions to the Sales and Customer Success teams, enhancing their product and solution knowledge.
- Develop in-depth expertise of category-specific tools available in Wyzard's Marketplace.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and advise Category Managers on valuable tools to consider for Wyzard's Marketplace.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on solutioning CRM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
