Customer Success Strategist

Company Overview: BayOne Solutions is a leading provider of innovative solutions, and we are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team.
Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a highly skilled professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead customer success initiatives and drive revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in the technology industry with tools similar to Jira, SFDC, ServiceNow, Hubspot, Gainsight, ERP-CRM such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
