Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Value Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our loyalty program, you will be responsible for driving business growth and creating strategic initiatives to increase customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through loyalty program offerings.
  • Customer Engagement: Create and execute plans to enhance customer loyalty and retention rates.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and manage partnerships that support the growth of our loyalty program.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives and drive results.
  • Program Optimization: Analyze customer trends and behavior to optimize loyalty program offerings and improve overall customer experience.
