Director of Enterprise Customer Success

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Enterprise Customer Success to lead our Customer Success team in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of the customer journey, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Enterprise customers in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with a proven track record of driving customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve customer success metrics, including product adoption, health scores, and renewal rates.
This role involves managing a team of customer-focused professionals who work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
A key aspect of this role is identifying opportunities for process improvements and collaborating with the product team to drive changes that enhance customer experience. Additionally, they will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement training programs that maximize customer value.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of driving customer success metrics, such as adoption and retention rates

- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
