Sales Manager Farming Industry

As a Sales Manager for the Farming Industry at PayU, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in high-growth markets.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, business development, or account management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to think strategically, and execute methodically.
The successful candidate will identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. They will also be responsible for driving revenue aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets, and open to travel as required.
The role requires a collaborative working style, comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. Strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential, as well as a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
Apart from the salary (we estimate around 80,000 - 110,000 per annum), we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
