Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. This full-time role based in Ahmedabad, India, involves leading the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) programs with new and existing partners.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing partners in the B2B SaaS industry, a proven track record of developing successful GTM initiatives, and a history of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and execute new partnerships with industry leaders across our partner ecosystem.
- Support the end-to-end process with new partners and optimize existing partnerships.
- Develop and lead effective GTM co-marketing campaigns and co-selling initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with partners, understand their goals and priorities, and identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate successful campaigns.
About You
You'll need strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. Experience with social media management, review management, or marketing automation software is a plus.
