About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Manager - Partnerships to join our team at SocialPilot.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) programs with both new and existing partners.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing partners in the B2B SaaS industry, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM initiatives with strategic partners.

You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute partnerships that drive growth and revenue.

This is a full-time role based in India, and we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

SocialPilot empowers over 13,500+ agencies and SMBs to manage their social media publishing, analytics, and social engagement while collaborating with their team and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of GTM programs with both new and existing partners.
  • Navigate diverse partnership models across integration, strategic, and referral partners.
  • Develop and lead effective GTM co-marketing campaigns and co-selling initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with partners, understand their goals and priorities, and identify mutually beneficial opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing partners in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM initiatives with strategic partners.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
