Strategic Partnership Development Lead

About the Role
SocialPilot is looking for a Strategic Partnership Development Lead to join our team in Ahmedabad, India. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth through strategic partnerships in the B2B SaaS industry.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing partners in the B2B SaaS industry, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM initiatives. They will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and optimizing partnerships with industry leaders, as well as collaborating with internal teams to coordinate successful campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with industry leaders.
- Support the end-to-end process with new partners and optimize existing partnerships.
- Navigate diverse partnership models, including integration, strategic, and referral partners.
- Build strong relationships with partners, understand their goals and priorities, and identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing partners in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
