Strategic Partnership Growth Manager

SocialPilot is seeking a dynamic Strategic Partnership Growth Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad, India. This full-time role involves leading the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) programs with both new and existing partners.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing partners in the B2B SaaS industry, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM initiatives with strategic partners. They will also possess strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and execute new partnerships with industry leaders across our partner ecosystem.
- Support the end-to-end process with new partners and optimize existing partnerships.
- Develop and lead effective GTM co-marketing campaigns and co-selling initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with partners, understand their goals and priorities, and identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to coordinate successful campaigns.
- Own new revenue goals through partnerships you're managing.
