Aelum Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Executive to join our team. As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients who use the ServiceNow platform for their IT service management and business process automation needs.

This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its capabilities, and industry best practices. You will work closely with other teams within the organization, such as sales, customer success, and professional services, to ensure seamless delivery and support for clients.

Job Description:

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients who are using the ServiceNow platform.
• Account Growth and Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand the usage of the ServiceNow platform within the client organization.
• Product Knowledge and Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its capabilities, and industry best practices.
• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with other teams within the organization, such as sales, customer success, and professional services, to ensure seamless delivery and support for clients.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, business development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
