">About the Role
">As an Executive Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with high net worth clients in India. This includes identifying new business opportunities, providing expert advice on wealth management and investment products, and delivering exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty.

">Skills and Qualifications
">We are looking for an individual with 6-12 years of experience in HNI sales or wealth management, with a sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India. You should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep knowledge of the local market and competition. In-depth knowledge of AMFI/IRDAI/FEDAI certifications would be an added advantage. A graduate/postgraduate degree with an MBA in a relevant field is preferred.

">* Acquiring and upgrading quality Treasures clients in the branch location areas
">* Engaging with existing customers to deepen their wallet share through retention and growth of Total Relationship Value (TRV)
">* Achieving annual volume and revenue objectives
">* Ensuring Savings Book and loan book growth
">* Developing client trust and loyalty through lifestyle and beyond banking propositions
">* Driving and delivering exemplary customer service in the local market and upholding DBS service standards
