Client Relationship Specialist

We are looking for a Client Relationship Specialist who can provide exceptional support to our clients and drive business growth through strategic relationship-building and program implementation.
ResponsibilitiesThis role involves:
- Supporting customers during the transition from sales prospects to active accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and reduce churn.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement programs that meet client needs.
- Providing technical support and training to clients to ensure successful adoption of our product or service.
- Developing and executing strategies to promote the value of our product and services to clients.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients.
- Collecting and analyzing feedback from clients to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹850,000 - ₹1,300,000, based on industry standards and location.
