Job Title: Relationship Growth Specialist

We're seeking dynamic and results-driven Relationship Growth Specialists to join our team specializing in high Average Selling Price (ASP) wedding services. As RG Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for our premium wedding services, against a token booking amount.

Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable and stress-free experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.">
  • Presentation and promotion of our high ASP wedding services in a compelling and persuasive manner to showcase their unique value proposition.">
  • Develop customized proposals and quotations working in close coordination with expert wedding planners based on clients' requirements and budget considerations.">
  • Secure bookings for wedding services against a pre-decided token amount for booking.">
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets using CRM software.">
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.">
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients throughout the wedding planning process to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.">

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.">
  • A flair for sales.">
  • Ability to handle clients with confidence.">
  • Fresher or 0-1 Year of experience, with a go-getter attitude.">
  • Develop strong knowledge of wedding services, trends, and vendors to effectively advise and guide clients.">
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, result-oriented startup environment.">
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.">
  • 6-day work setup with 1 rotational day off.">

Estimated Salary Range:

Rupees Thirty Lakh to Fifty Lakh per annum, depending on experience and performance.
