Job Overview
DBS Bank is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying and deepening relationships with Trust, Associations, Societies & Clubs (TASC) clients in order to contribute significantly to the bank's liabilities balance sheet.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in TASC & Govt. business and will possess strong sales and networking skills, as well as excellent communication and listening skills. They will also be goal-oriented and have good verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure stability of balances/income from existing set of clients and deepen the relationship along with NTB Clients.
- To add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals.
- To activate various segments to acquire and deepen TASC clients including the branch, TR RM and PBs.
- To ensure training for account opening and BAU processes for various channels.
- To use knowledge of various products for deal structuring.
- To maintain relationships with Institutions to originate business.
- To provide inputs and enable smoother processing of TASC account opening and BAU transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in TASC & Govt. business.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
- Sales & Networking Skills. Good Communication & Listening Skills.
- Goal / Target oriented.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Banking knowledge.
- Computer Skills and digital knowledge.
- Good network in the market.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum based on location and experience.
Work Environment:
- Close interaction with Branch Head, Branch Service and Operations team to ensure consistent delivery of volume and revenue targets.
- Closely working with Personal Bankers through joint engagement with clients.
