Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance.
  • Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, effectively showcasing our products or services.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our offerings and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to clients, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Actively listen to client feedback and concerns, advocating for their needs within the organization and driving continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to measure and improve client experience.
  • Travel to client locations as needed, including intercity and interstate travel, to meet with clients, attend events, or conduct site visits.
  • Updating emails and WhatsApp communications with clients regularly.
  • Daily follow-up and monitoring of clients activities, including analysis.
  • Timely updates on website and social media pages for upgrades.
  • Developing strategies and implementing testimonial collection.
  • Ensuring Zlipp is integrated into daily operational needs.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
