Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team at Quantum Leap Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships. As the primary point of contact, you will understand client needs, address concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, aligning our services with their business needs.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels, address concerns promptly, and implement solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring retention, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer support or client services role, showcasing your ability to deliver top-notch service.
- Excellent communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal communication, to effectively interact with customers.
- An empathetic and customer-focused approach to problem-solving, offering solutions with a personal touch.
- Proficiency in handling challenging customer situations with professionalism, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
