Relationship Manager for Client Success

We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Qrata. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients post-sales. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless product adoption, addressing client concerns, and maintaining ongoing communication to strengthen the client-company connection.
This position involves regular travel to client locations where you will have the opportunity to understand their needs, provide support, and nurture long-term relationships.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role. You must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will monitor client usage of the product and proactively recommend features or solutions to maximize value.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients. A willingness to travel regularly is also essential.
