Client Success Strategist

Job Overview: CoffeeBeans is seeking an experienced Client Success Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new avenues for business growth, and collaborating with the sales and delivery teams to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as an Account/Client Manager.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience of meeting revenue targets and account growth.
Salary Estimate: $130,000 - $150,000 per year.
