About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Strategist to join our team at BHIVE Workspace. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic company that is revolutionizing enterprise-grade managed offices and coworking spaces.

Job Description

The Customer Success Strategist will be responsible for providing guidance and support to the sales team in handling complex deals, collaborating with stakeholders to assess and strategize for challenging negotiations, and ensuring that the BHIVE vision and values are maintained during negotiations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong relationship with top clients, founders, and points of contact, and will attend large client onboarding sessions alongside sales managers to discuss deliverables with clients.

Key responsibilities include addressing any concerns or issues raised by clients in a timely and effective manner, focusing on member retention and employee engagement strategies, and overseeing the timely and accurate submission of sales-related data and reports.

Key Deliverables
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team in handling complex deals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and strategize for challenging negotiations.
  • Ensure that the BHIVE vision and values are maintained during negotiations.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with top clients, founders, and points of contact.
  • Attend large client onboarding sessions alongside sales managers to discuss deliverables with clients.
  • Address any concerns or issues raised by clients in a timely and effective manner.
  • Focus on member retention and employee engagement strategies.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate submission of sales-related data and reports.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the quality and accuracy of sales data.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve any discrepancies in data.
  • Acknowledge and respond promptly to any escalations.
  • Facilitate communication through effective channels, such as group chats or meetings with stakeholders.
  • Ensure inter-departmental coordination to address issues affecting member experience or daily operations.
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with center managers to review daily tasks and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to assess individual and team performance.
  • Provide feedback and support for continuous improvement.
Estimated Salary Range

Rupees 10-15 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
