We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Strategist to join our team. As a key member, you'll own customer onboarding, track product adoption, and ensure customers get maximum value from our platform.

**Job Description:**

  • Owning customer relationships and driving business growth
  • Developing and implementing customer success strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success and account management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
