About the Position

We seek an experienced Customer Success Strategist to lead our Customer Success team in delivering high customer satisfaction. Key objectives include establishing and scaling the Support and Success teams from HR, SOPs, tools, and process perspectives.

This role demands empathy, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to building strong customer relationships.
