Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team at Saas Labs US Inc. as a key member in driving customer growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success and adoption of our products.
- Develop and implement customer success plans to drive growth and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
- Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to proactively address potential issues.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer objectives are met and value is delivered.
Requirements:
- 3-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, focused on US & EMEA customers.
- Proven track record of driving customer success and retention.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights and recommendations from data.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with at least one Customer Success tool like Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero, or similar ones.
- Good understanding of SaaS and business processes.
