Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Strategist to join our team at ColorTokens Inc.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of relationship management, analytical, business and technical skills. They should have delivery-related experience preferably in the Cybersecurity/SaaS/hi-tech products.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the lifecycle and all aspects of client health including on-boarding, value realization, and renewal, while spearheading further adoption of CT products
  2. Act as the lead point of contact and account owner for all matters specific to assigned clients, providing problem resolution and escalations in a timely manner
  3. Own client meetings, including presenting product training, data analysis, strategic business reviews and additional engagement modules
  4. Identify at-risk opportunities and work with internal and external stakeholders to build and enact solutions
  5. Work with Client Services, Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance to create best-in-class service for all clients
  6. Will involve short-term travel within or outside India
  7. May require working in client time-zones (for US/Europe clients) for an extended period of time

Requirements

  1. Strong mix of relationship management, analytical, business and technical skills
  2. Delivery-related (pre-sales, solutioning, delivery management or customer account management) experience preferably in the Cybersecurity/SaaS/hi-tech products
  3. Ability to internalize the product offerings and can discuss solutions, benefits and trade-offs with the enterprise customers
  4. Ability to build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with Business and Technology Decision Makers within each customer to influence solution adoption, create strong support for new opportunities and to secure their willingness to advocate on our products
  5. Experienced at account management & growth through farming
  6. Experienced at leading presentations and discussions with customer's senior management teams

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree from Top institutes. MBA preferred
  2. Excellent organization and project management capability
  3. Excellent communications skills, both in written and verbal communications, with the ability to deliver effective presentations, group facilitation and one-on-one consultation is a must
  4. Self-started, self-motivated, flexible and results-driven
  5. Experience using Salesforce and other CS tools

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1500000 - ₹3000000 per annum, depending on experience. The role involves extensive travel within and outside India, and may require working in client time-zones for an extended period.
