Client Success Director

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Director to lead our team of Account Managers in delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 10-15 Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Client Strategy: Develop and implement account growth and development strategies, identifying opportunities for business expansion and relationship enhancement.
- Project Management: Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, preventing escalations and ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Data Quality, and IT Services, to drive project success.
Analytical & Decision-Making Skills:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Apply industry-standard Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring customer delight.
- Critical Thinking: Make informed decisions, prioritizing relationships, negotiating with customers, and overcoming obstacles to deliver successful projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in consulting, data analytics, or related fields.
- Skillset: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop strategic recommendations and drive business growth.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier Engineering or Business college.
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
