Strategic Client Services Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Brand Director at 4AM Worldwide. The successful candidate will have a strong background in client servicing and strategic planning, with a proven track record of driving business growth and retention.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned client advisor, with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of consumer insight mining. They will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with key clients, creating a positive onboarding experience, and ensuring timely receivables and cash flow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cultivating solid relationships with clients through exceptional after-sales service
- Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients
- Maintaining accurate records of existing and potential clients
- Inspiring repeat business from clients
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
The successful candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience in account management/client services roles, with a strong understanding of project management and multitasking. They will also have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to deliver results under pressure.
A competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year is being offered for this position, commensurate with experience.
