CoffeeBeans is seeking a Customer Success Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

About the Role

In this role, you will be expected to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understand clients' business goals and challenges to proactively provide solutions and value-added services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue and profitability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)
  • 12+ years of experience working in the IT industry
  • 6+ years of experience as an Account / Client Manager
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build and leverage executive relationships to drive sales
  • Proven experience of meeting revenue targets and account growth
Estimated Salary

$160,000 - $200,000 per annum
