Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs, goals, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage with clients to drive account growth, renewals, and long-term retention.

Key Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, including engaging with senior-level executives.
