About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. This role offers a chance to work directly with founders and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive higher product adoption and satisfaction.
- Onboard new customers and conduct tool trainings.
- Be the primary point of contact for customer queries or concerns and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Own and improve customer satisfaction metrics and collect testimonials.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and regular check-ins with clients to review product usage and satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback to guide continuous product and service improvement.
- Work closely with the Product team to document and improve product usage metrics.
- Lead the implementation of customer success initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution; MBA preferred.
- 2-7 years of relevant customer success experience in Series B/C/D B2B SaaS product startups for enterprise customer segments in US/Europe geographies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to take initiatives and drive results.
Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, plus competitive equity and benefits, including health insurance for employees and their families, and professional development allowances for online courses.
