Enterprise Client Success Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated individual with 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably with a background in Supply Chain or Logistics. Your strong leadership skills, ability to multitask, and passion for technology will serve you well in this dynamic role.
As an Enterprise Client Success Manager, you'll work closely with clients across various industries, building lasting relationships and driving value throughout their journey with Locus. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, sustained adoption, and successful expansion of our solutions.
Your expertise will include:
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our solutions and content
- Effective communication with clients and internal teams
- Developing and executing customized management plans for clients
- Providing regular performance updates and feedback
