Enterprise Client Growth Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing your assigned client portfolio, making key decisions to drive successful customer outcomes throughout the post-sales journey (onboarding, adoption, retention, advocacy).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Global Enterprise Clients, focusing on customer retention and growth within the global customer success portfolio.
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external senior-level stakeholders to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share valuable insights.
- Create comprehensive documentation or visual aids to demonstrate campaign performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and engage with clients for upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
- Background in B2B SaaS with clients, demonstrating expertise in delivering high-quality services.
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Comfortable working in US time zones.
