About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Client Growth Specialist to join our growing performance team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and retention for our clients through strategic partnerships and campaign optimization.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute client growth strategies to maximize campaign ROI and revenue growth
  • Lead campaign analysis and review, providing consultative guidance to advertisers and tracking key performance metrics
  • Partner with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements and strategic initiatives to drive campaign performance
  • Collaborate with sales engineering team to integrate with third-party partners and data platforms
  • Provide timely feedback and coaching to team members to ensure alignment with company goals

Requirements



  • 5+ years of experience in digital and/or programmatic advertising, with a focus on performance marketing
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and retention in a client-facing role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
