We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Quizaro ExtendedEdge. This role involves driving business growth and revenue expansion by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IDentify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research, analyze data, and generate leads to drive sales growth.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster long-term partnerships with clients through excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Market Research and Data Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and analyze market data to inform business decisions.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Convert leads into sales through effective presentations, proposals, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits and Requirements:

  • Full-time position with a 6-month contract.
  • Competitive salary: ₹17,000 - ₹30,000 per month.
  • Day shift schedule.
  • Relocation to Bengaluru, Karnataka required.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in business development (preferred).
