About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a rockstar CSM, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, prior customer success experience in B2B SaaS product startups for enterprise clients in US and Europe geographies is a must.
The CSM will work directly with the founders, managing a portfolio of customer accounts, driving higher product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive higher product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Onboard new customers and conduct tool trainings
- Be the point of contact for any customer queries or concerns and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from customer companies
- Own and improve customer satisfaction metrics and collect testimonials
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and regular check-ins with clients to review product usage and satisfaction
- Collect customer feedback to guide continuous product and service improvement
- Work closely with the Product team to document and improve product usage metrics
- Lead the implementation of customer success initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 institute. An MBA is preferred.
- 2-7 years of relevant customer success experience in Series B/C/D B2B SaaS product startups for enterprise customer segment in US/Europe geographies
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- A customer-centric mindset and great attention to detail
- An entrepreneurial mind-set to take initiatives and drive charge
