Position Summary:

As a Business Growth Specialist at Horizontal Talent, you will play a key role in supporting our India IT Staffing Business. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to manage enterprise IT customers, generate leads, and maintain excellent business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve business/revenue growth and market share goals for assigned accounts.

- Experience managing enterprise IT customers.

- Communicate and prioritize client requirements, provide business solutions partnering with recruiting teams to help clients meet their short and long-term business objectives while meeting the company's strategic business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A BS or BA in computer science or a closely related field.
  • At least five years in account management positions.
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of managing enterprise IT clients.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per annum (depending on experience).
