We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional support, and ensuring their needs are met.

**Job Summary:**

This role involves acting as a liaison between our customers and our internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Providing Exceptional Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide clear and concise information, and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Collaborating with Internal Teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Skillset: Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability, decision-making skills, proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word), and flexibility to work on a day shift.
  • Languages: English (mandatory) and Hindi (mandatory); Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu (optional).
