Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle for SMB clients. This role combines prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals, making you directly responsible for revenue generation and market expansion in the SMB segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential SMB clients across key verticals
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, phone)
- Create compelling business cases showing AI automation value
- Organize and conduct product demos and presentations
Sales Execution
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospect to close
- Conducting needs analysis and solution mapping sessions
- Presenting pricing proposals and negotiating contracts
- Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in CRM
Account Management
- Ensuring successful customer onboarding and initial adoption
- Identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Gathering and documenting customer success stories
- Building long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Driving contract renewals and account expansion
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling to SMB segment with deal sizes of ₹5-50 lakhs
- Strong understanding of SMB challenges and growth strategies
- Excellence in consultative selling and relationship building
- Proficiency in sales tools (CRM, sales engagement platforms)
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI, automation, or workflow solutions
- Understanding of API integration and technical concepts
- Knowledge of no-code/low-code platforms
- Experience with ROI calculation and business case development
- Familiarity with the Indian SMB technology market
Targets & Compensation
The compensation package includes a base salary + attractive commission structure, quarterly and annual bonus opportunities, clear OTE (On-Target Earnings) structure, additional incentives for exceeding targets, and accelerators for strategic account closures.
