Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Catalyst to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers who can benefit from our design and product engineering services.
You'll work closely with our sales director to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with prospects, and drive sales closures.
Your success will be measured by your ability to generate new leads, nurture relationships, and identify new sales opportunities. If you're a skilled communicator with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, we encourage you to apply.
Main Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers to generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs) for the India & APAC regions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, progressing them to deal closure.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Reporting: Report progress and results to the sales director (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- 3+ years of experience working in sales for India/APAC markets, with a proven track record of exceeding lead-generation targets.
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).
- Creative problem-solving ability with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM and email marketing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and tailor sales approaches for different customer types.
- Experience in selling design services or working in the design/product engineering or IT Services domain.
- Ability to grasp and present design methodologies or technical solutions effectively.
