Sales Growth Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Development Manager to join our team at Unique HR Consultants. As a key member of our Founders Office, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our business objectives and growth targets. You will conduct market analysis, identify trends and customer needs, and provide actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Provide actionable insights to inform sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
What You'll Need:
- 5-10 years of experience in sales strategy, business development, or a related field within the IT services or digital transformation industry
- Strong understanding of SNOW (Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, Workday), SDA, ECA, AI, and proven track record in IT services & product sales
