Job Title: Sales Director

MIVI is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our corporate sales team and drive growth in national and international markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for national and international markets, analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, conducting regular training and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying potential clients and engaging them through presentations and meetings.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management, monitoring sales performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies, participating in cross-functional projects to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning, staying informed about industry trends and changes in regulations that may affect sales.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales objectives, monitoring expenses and implementing cost-control measures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in corporate sales, with a focus on national and international markets.
  • Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
