We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our business growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen our market position.

SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis is a leadership role that requires a deep understanding of the ERP industry, as well as excellent sales, marketing, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will have:
- Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic sales planning and execution
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles. A background in ERP/E-commerce industry is essential, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
