Job Title: Director of Sales Growth

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

MIVI is a dynamic and innovative company that values excellence in sales growth. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to drive sales expansion across national and international markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies for national and international markets, analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, conducting regular training and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying potential clients and engaging them through presentations and meetings.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management, monitoring sales performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in corporate sales, with a focus on national and international markets.
  • Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
