Experienced Sales Director Wanted at ATAI

We are seeking an experienced sales director to join our team and lead our sales efforts. As a sales director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.

The salary for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring a balance between securing deals and maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and resources to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and team performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of industry sales experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
