Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Business Growth Catalyst to drive our expansion in the US market. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to identify and nurture potential customers in the US.
- Marketing Analytics: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Communications: Create and manage marketing communications materials, such as press releases, blog posts, and social media content, to enhance brand awareness and engage with the target audience.
- Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing processes, personalize communications, and improve campaign efficiency.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide valuable insights, support sales activities, and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of marketing analytics and communication strategies.
- Skills: Proficiency in cold calling and email campaign management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
