Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Adyahr Business Services in Andhra Pradesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Job Overview:

The primary goal of this role is to generate revenue and expand our business operations. This will involve researching and identifying potential new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and partners, and creating effective business development plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying potential new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
  • Crafting and implementing business development strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Negotiating and closing deals with new clients and partners
  • Collaborating with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to support business development efforts
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor intelligence to inform decision-making
  • Tracking and measuring the performance of business development initiatives

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 3-6 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month, based on experience. In addition, you will receive attractive incentives, daily allowance, and petrol allowance.
